For my third project I chose to do the metal collage. I decided to go straight to my own metal collage instead of doing the example. The project took longer than I thought it would but I think the time spent on it was well worth it. The final piece turned out probably better than I thought it would. I am proud of the detail I was able to add to the Darth Vader helmet, it was the most difficult part to do. My least favorite thing about doing this project was finding all of the pieces to use in the collage. I would rate my final piece as a nine.

i love this! people don't do this project often enough -- it's a really cool technique. and you did a fantastic job. though you're right, it did take longer than some of the other projects, i think that's just part of the technique, and you made good time, considering. it really looks awesome. great job.
